A sample of each ad is link to each style of classified ad. Homes under $365,000 are selling at a steady pace. Homes between $370,000 to $500,000 take about a year to sell depending on location. Homes listed between $500,000 to several million take longer to sell because there is only a small percentage of the population who can afford such an offering.

  1. The cost and terms of advertising a log home or cabin for sale on loghomes.com are as follows:
  2. All add rates are annual. If the home sells in less than a year there are no rebates.
  3. All for sale ads are paid advertising.
  4. Loghomes.com is not associated with any listing except through classified ad advertising.
  5. All photo ads are linked to their printable web page from the home page or the state page depending on the ad you purchase.
  6. Photo ads may or may not appear on other web sites we own or manage.
  7. Photo Home Page Ads or State Page Ads may be rearranged, repositioned or resized at any time at the discretion of the web master.


  8. Ad Types:
  9. We offer three kinds of log home for sale ads: (A) Photo Home Page ads, (B) Photo State page ads, (C) State Page text only ads.


  10. Ad Costs:
  11. $345.00 for Photo Home Page ad - up to ten photos and up to 700 words of copy.
  12. $205 for Photo ad with four photos and up to 350 words of copy.
  13. $155 for Photo ad with three photos and up to 300 words of copy.
  14. $105 for Photo ad with two photos and up to 275 words of copy.
  15. $75 for Photo ad with one photo and up to 250 words of copy.

  18. A good log home picture is worth a thousand words. To see a sample photo ad click here.
  19. Send photographs of the home attached to an email .GIF or .JPG image or mail them on disc and we will post them to your ad.
  20. Email photos to Martin@loghomes.com with Subject line Photos for "your name" photo ad.

  22. Loghomes.com is no longer publishing email addresses effective Friday, July 15, 2005. Your email is processed by through a data script. Ads without valid email addresses are not listed.

  25. Billing:
  26. Loghomes.com bills by email. You must pay in advance by credit card to have your ad posted. We bill your credit card when the ad is posted.


  27. Posting Ads:
  28. Ads are normally posted within one week after receipt of payment M-F.


  29. If we have any questions or suggestions we will contact you by email or phone. We will also change your copy at no additional cost during the listing period.
