All For Sale ads are paid ads. Ads run for 3-12 months according to your subscription. While building up our land
listing portfolio all land listings will ALSO appear on the approptiate state pages for log homes and cabins for sale.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to let loghomes.com know when a listing is withdrawn or sold. It is the
responsibility of the advertiser to advise loghomes.com of email address changes.

  1. The cost and terms of advertising a log home or log cabin home or land for sale on loghomes.com are as follows:
  2. All add rates are monthly. If the property sells in less than a month there are no rebates.
  3. The minimum listing is three months.
  4. All for sale ads are paid advertising.
  5. Loghomes.com is not associated with any listing except through classified ad advertising.
  6. Photo ads may or may not appear on other web sites we own or manage.
  7. Photo Home Page Ads or State Page Ads may be rearranged, repositioned or resized at any time at the discretion of our web master.

  9. We offer three kinds of classified sale ads: (A) Photo Home Page ads, (B) Photo State page ads, (C) State Page text only ads.


  10. Ad Costs:
  11. Ad Package 1: Home page and State page listing 10 photographs and up to 700 words of copy. $47 per month.
  12. Ad Package 2: State page listing with 4 photographs and up to 350 words of copy. $19.00 per month.
  13. Ad Package 3: State page listing with 3 photographs and up to 350 words of copy. $15.00 per month.
  14. Ad Package 4: State page listing with 2 photographs and up to 350 words of copy. $12.00 per month.
  15. Ad Package 5: State page listing with 1 photographs and up to 350 words of copy. $ 9.00 per month.
  16. Ad Package 6: State page listing with up to 250 words of copy. $ 7.00 per month.


  17. Photos:
  18. A good photograph is worth a thousand words.
  19. Send photographs attached to an email as .GIF or .JPG images, we will size and post them with your ad.
  20. Email photos to Martin@loghomes.com with Subject line Photos for "your name" photo ad.


  21. Billing:
  22. Advertisers pay by credit card in advance to have their ad posted. We bill your credit card and email ou a copy of the receipt.


  23. Posting Ads:
  24. Ads are normally posted within 3 working days after submission.


  25. If we have any questions or suggestions we will contact you by email or phone. We will change or modify your copy at no additional cost during the listing period.
