log gomes are selling

Log homes and log cabins listed on
loghomes.com are selling.

Message to Realtor's® and real estate agents.

Log homes are selling. Every day I hear complaints from real estate agents about how the banks approve a loan then delay funding for several months, or I hear that banks are creating monster problems for all home buyers, not just log home and log cabin buyers, or how the banks make new construction loans almost impossible with new home plan approvals and construction draws. BUT, every week a seller or their real estate agent calls to say a home has sold. Meaning the sale has closed. Please note: Log home builders are selling homes. Log home mills are also selling homes.

Let's get a couple of things straight. It is true that the banks, the Federal Reserve and the United States Congress are a part of the housing mortgage problem. The Congress? Yes, the Congress. When the Congress repealed the 1933 Glass-Steagall Act they opened the door for banks to dabble in areas of finance, insurance, creating and selling make believe paper. The private bank called the Federal Reserve failed to prevent their member banks from creating, insuring and selling fraudulent financial paper. The Federal Reserve claims it is not their fault that Congress repealed Glass-Steagall Act in 1999. So the Fed threatened Congress using fear tactics for a bailout in September 2008, followed by bailouts and more bailouts to the present day. The problem is you have thousands of $ trillions $ of fraudulent paper floating around in the sea of world markets most of which were insured by American firms to big to fail. The world markets will soon demand debt satisfaction. When the IQ level of the Congress reaches a low of 102 they will reach a bipartisan agreement, the trillions in debt cannot ever be settled. Then someone will start a new regional war or world war to get us out of a depression or recession.

One kind of government and banking fraud leads to another kind of fraud until our American way of life and the Constitution of these united States is finally destroyed. I suspect that all those who promoted this fraud will pay a high price in the next year or so. The highest price of course, will be paid by the American people, our children and grand children who will fight to restore our government and our nation to its greatness.

In the meantime the world is still going round and round, banks must put forth the illusion that they are stable and are making home loans. Log homes are still selling. Yesterday I received a call and email from a client who advertised their log home for sale on loghomes.com. The home was listed by a real estate agent July 2007 on loghomes.com. The property was never shown. The seller cancelled the listing in December 2008 and relisted the property for sale by owner in January 2009. In the spring of 2009 the listing generated several showings to qualified home buyers. The sale by owner was finalized June 1, 2009. The buyer was located 30 miles away and had been looking for more than a year. No agent showed the property. Why are real estate agents losing commissions on log home sales? This is not the first time has happened.

In the past year I have had several owners re list as for sale by owner. In each case the home sold. In each case the buyer was located within 20-30 miles from the seller. This bears repeating. The buyer was located 20-30 miles from the seller. Why are real estate agents missing the log home sale boat? Why are realtors® not showing their log home listings? If you have some ideas please email me with your comments.
