Preassembled red pine log shell, 1200 sq ft plus 540 sq ft loft. 30' x 40' diameter shell with one interior log wall containing arch doorway. Handcrafted full scribe with saddle notch corners. Log walls are 9' high. Full length peeled logs with unique log end characteristics preserved. Large 15" mid-diameter logs with 18" plus diameter butt ends provide excellent thermal mass. Logs have been treated with anti-mildew/fungicide deterrent. Window and door openings are rough cut to accommodate your individual preferences. Exposed full diameter loft log joists. Customize floor plan to your own design.

Logs are numbered and shell is ready to be transported to your building site. Crane assembly necessary. Pre-drilling logs for electrical wiring and mortising boxes and insertion of wool insulation and/or rubber gasket between logs occurs during reassembly.

$50,000 log home shell includes: log shell with rough cut openings, disassembly, forklift assistance loading onto your transportation, supervisory assistance to assemble log shell on your foundation and threaded fasteners to install on foundation.
