Water is from a new, private well, and heating is provided from both a new oil burner with new underground oil tank, and new baseboard electric heating. Outbuildings include a garage, a small playhouse, and the lodge’s original outhouse, now used for storage. A half-mile, private, paved drive connects to the town-maintained road, and hiking trails throughout the property provide access to neighboring properties.
