Welcome to the Log Homes Lead Service Subscription Application at www.loghomes.com. We have been providing this service since 1997. The rates listed on the Advertising Information Page at www.loghomes.com are:
  • Log Home leads cost $25.00 per month per state.
    All payments are by credit card billed monthly in advance.
    Subscribers to more than 20 states are billed monthly at the rate of $22.00 per month per state.
    Subscribers who subscribe to all fifty US states are billed monthly at the rate of $17.00 per month per state.
  • How The Lead Program Works: The prospective log home buyer fills out the 62 self qualifying questionnaire for a free log home brochure. Each submission is then sent to our subscribers.
  • Terms 1: The leads are for a single builder or log home mill. This means the leads shall not be resold. Mill leads may be distributed to a single dealer of one state. Other redistribution rights are available for a fee upon request.
  • Terms 2: United States redistribution rights are granted when all fifty states are subscribed. Redistribution is limited exclusively to the Log Home Industry. Industry is defined as log home builders, mills, plants, suppliers of chinking materials, stains, hardware, mortgage vendors who specialize in log home loans and insurance companies who insure log homes.
  • Terms 3: Canadian redistribution rights are granted, like United States rights above, when all provinces are subscribed.
  • Violations of Terms: Violations shall result in termination of lead services. There shall be no refund.
