The Standard Package consists of pine or spruce 8" wall system. COST WILL RANGE UPWARD FROM $32 per sq. ft. for living area and $12 per sq. ft. for porches and garage.

The Economy Package consists of pine or spruce 6" wall system with siding for gables and dormers. Rafters and floor joists are 2 x 10 rather than log and the ceiling/loft floor is 1 x 6 rather than 2 x 6. The Economy package COST WILL RANGE UPWARD FROM $25 per sq. ft. for living area and $10 per sq. ft. for porches and garage.

The Luxury Package can vary widely. The package consists of pine or spruce 10" logs or larger. The cost will range upward from $45 per sq. ft. for living area and $18 per sq. ft. for porches and garage.
