Our
primary business is building turnkey log homes, but we also work with people
who want to do more of the construction project themselves. Our involvement
ranges from the initial log erection to framing, interior carpentry, or
completely finished landscaping. This flexible approach allows our clients to
make the decision how much they want to be involved in the project.

Yes! Throughout the last 52 years we have developed a family of
suppliers and subcontractors that we can depend on. We feel that our
relationship with our business partners is the key to our success.
All our subcontractors have dealt with the
unique challenges of log home construction and share the same desire to create
unique, one of a kind log homes.
Do you get
involved in the design and planning phase?
Yes!
The synergy that is created by working with each homeowner in the design and
planning phase helps to create a one of a kind log home, unique to each
homeowner.
Do you need
blueprints to give me an estimate?
No!
You don't have to spend thousands of dollars for a set of plans before you get
a cost estimate. We take your ideas, sketches, pictures, etc. and merge them
with our years of building experience to produce a “Pre Purchase Itemized
Pricing” worksheet. This allows us to discuss each item and its cost so you can
make quality decisions about what amenities you want. The “Pre Purchase
Itemized Pricing” is a very popular and helpful service to our clients. There is no charge or obligation for this service.
No! We will build wherever our customer desires.
