We now bill quarterly until the ad is about to expire, then we bill monthly.
The State Ad is $73.50 for 3 months. State ads are listed in their respective state and also rotate on the bottom of about 70% of the public pages.
The Rotating Feature Ad is $171.00 for 3 months. Feature ads rotate on the front page and all over the web site on published pages. These ads are also published as a State Ad Log Home Listing.
Top banner Logo ads are $888.00 for 6 months and they rotate on the top of every page on the web site.
We only bill monthly when ads are due to expire or have less than 3 months to run. The state ad is $24.50 per month, the feature ad is $57.00 per month, the Top Banner ad is $148 per month.

Real Estate Property Listings:
Advertising is an interesting term. There are two ways to approach advertising. You can either tell your prospective buyers everything they need to know, or withhold enough information to pique their interest and have them contact you for more details. Good photographs that enable the propspective buyer to envision living in the home are hghly recommended.
Here at Loghomes.com we provide you with the most expansive real estate form available on the Internet. You have fields for everything down to water rights available on the property. You description can contain up to 1000 words.
You can log in at any time and edit your advertising information.
After you create your account and log in, scroll down the user menu until you find the “Property Manager". From there you can create your agent profile, new ad listings and manage current listings.
We link your ad to Virtual Tours, to your Real Estate Listing and all your real estate listings. When appropriate, we can also link to Google maps so prospects can view the property from above and the walking map.
Click on Add Property:
This will take you to the Listing Page where you will see the listing options. Select the type of ad for this listing.
The required fields are as follows:
Property Title. Type of property, Country / Province, Property Country, Advertising Copy, Land Size in SF or Acres, Square Footage.
Remember that any Data you enter will be published and viewable to the prospective buyer.
Publishing: Search engine tools on the real estate listing form:
At the bottom of the form you will see the term Publishing, followed by Description and a text box, and Keywords with a text box. These are called Meta Tags. The Meta Description is that brief detailed description you see when searching the Internet for a term.
Description:
In the Description text box, describe this property with no more than 256 characters including spaces.
Example: Log home for sale in Georgia with 5br and 3ba on 5 acres with 1 barn and workshop.
Keywords: (use brief terms separated by commas.)
Example: Georgia cabin for sale, Georgia home for sale, log home for sale, Georgia real estate for sale, Georgia home for sale near (x city).
Adding Photographs:
To add a photo click “add photo" at the bottom of the listing and use the interface to select the photo on your computer and upload it. The Upload will take place when you SAVE the listing. Do not save individual photographs while building the ad. Horizontal images should be 600 pixels wide. Vertical images should be 350 pixels wide. Giant digital images may be rejected.
